Digital Content, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: 13 July 2026
Immediate digital supply
Software downloads, licence keys and activation access may be supplied immediately after verified payment. Before payment, consumers may be required to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds
Redlive LTD does not offer a voluntary refund merely because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, lacks a compatible hosting environment, fails to read the requirements, or requests features not included in the product.
Mandatory rights preserved
This policy does not exclude remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails mandatory consumer standards, contact support with evidence so that Redlive LTD can provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by law.
Licence breach
No refund is due where access is suspended or terminated because of piracy, resale, redistribution, key sharing, circumvention, fraud or another material breach, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.
Payment disputes
Contact support before initiating a chargeback. A dispute does not grant permission to retain, use or distribute software without a valid paid licence. External refunds, reversals and disputes are reviewed manually and may result in suspension while ownership of funds and licence status are investigated.
