Licensing Policy

Licence scope

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, one licence authorises one production domain or installation operated by the named customer. Staging or local development use is allowed only where it is not publicly accessible and is used solely for the licensed deployment.

No transfer or resale

Licences, keys, accounts, downloads and activation rights may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pooled or shared without prior written approval from Redlive LTD.

Expiry

Access to licence-dependent operation, activation, downloads, updates and support may stop when the licence expires. Renewal creates a new licensed period; it does not transfer ownership.

Compliance checks

We may verify domains, keys, activation records and abnormal download or access patterns. A mismatch may trigger temporary suspension and a request for proof of authorised use.

Enforcement

Confirmed piracy, redistribution, modification intended to bypass protection, key sharing or unauthorised resale permits immediate termination and technical deactivation, without prejudice to legal remedies.
