End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: 13 July 2026
This EULA governs each Redlive LTD software product. By downloading, installing, activating or using a product, you accept this EULA.
1. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Redlive LTD retains all title, copyright and intellectual-property rights, including in source code, design, documentation, updates and derivative materials.
2. Licence grant
Subject to full payment and continuing compliance, Redlive LTD grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence for the term, number of domains and permitted purpose shown in your order. Each additional domain or installation requires a separate licence unless the order expressly states otherwise.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, disclose, publish, share, sublicense, rent, host for third parties as a competing service, modify, translate, create derivatives, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass protection, remove notices, share keys or permit unauthorised access. Mandatory statutory exceptions apply only to the narrow extent they cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Activation
A licence may be bound to the first authorised domain or installation and may not be transferred without written approval. Automated or manual verification may be required. Attempts to falsify activation information or defeat technical measures are a material breach.
5. Expiry, suspension and termination
The licence expires at the end of its purchased term. Redlive LTD may suspend during a proportionate investigation and terminate for material breach, piracy, unauthorised resale or distribution, key sharing, circumvention, fraud or unlawful use. Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies. Rights that by nature should survive—including ownership, restrictions, enforcement and liability provisions—continue.
6. Updates and support
Updates and support are limited to the purchased period and policy. Redlive LTD is not obliged to support altered, expired, unlicensed or third-party-modified copies.
7. Open-source and third-party components
Identified third-party or open-source components remain governed by their own licences. Nothing in this EULA restricts rights granted directly under those licences.
8. Remedies
Unauthorised copying or distribution may cause irreparable harm. Redlive LTD may seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available under contract, copyright and applicable law.
